J. London Cigar Robusto

My nephew was turning 1 year old, and I volunteered the use of my back yard, deck and pool for the festivities. As the party gained steam and numerous kids ran around on the lawn, I went to my favorite shady spot under a 100+ year old oak tree to enjoy a J. London cigar, given to me by a friend.
The @jlondoncigars cigars, which Johnathan Fiant of @htowncigars says are “patterned after the time-honored Cuban cigar,” are constructed in the Dominican Republic.
The Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper and aged tobacco filler showcase the wonderful care that went into construction, resulting in a unique smoking experience. With rich, fragrant smoke, razor-sharp burn line and effortless draw, the cigar offers a good platform to showcase an interesting bouquet.
Notes of grass / floral quality, toffee, leather, spice, vanilla and creamy nuttiness form a flavor profile that does not change dramatically during the smoke, although the notes trade places in intensity.
Overall, a unique smoke. With a flavor profile that is consistent throughout, and a pleasing mix of notes. I would rate the cigar a 85.
